IBM’s Watson Beta to Help Fight Cybercrime

Forty companies have been named to take part in IBM’s Watson for Cyber Security beta. The cognitive computing technology will be used to address computer and network security issues. IBM began training Watson in the fundamentals of cybersecurity months ago. Watson is intended not to replace humans, but to help people identify cybersecurity threats.
